LEGO Mindstorms NXT

Welcome to the NeXT generation

"LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT" is a robotics tool set that provides endless opportunities to build and program robots. We tested the sensors and motors in the context of a semester thesis. Afterwards we designed and programmed an own robot that explores an unknown room and stores a map of this room in the Targa (TGA) image format.

The semester thesis is divided into following subsections:
    1. Getting used to the new product
    2. Sensor and motor tests
    3. Bluetooth communication
    4. Project planning and execution
    5. Report on experiences and knowledge gained during work
